2. What these terms apply to
These terms apply to every order in our online shop. Before you order, you can read, save or print them.
3. Our offer
We describe each product as accurately as possible, with the ingredient and the analysis as stated on the label. Our snacks are natural products: shape, colour and size can vary from piece to piece. We are not bound by obvious mistakes or errors in the offer.
4. The contract
The contract is concluded once you have completed your order. You will then receive a confirmation by email.
5. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. BRUUN costs the same everywhere. You can see the shipping costs at checkout, before you pay, and in our shipping policy.
6. Payment
You pay at checkout using one of the payment methods you see there.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the address you provide with your order. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, we will let you know and you may cancel your order free of charge. You will then get your money back.
8. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. For hygiene reasons, you cannot return bags that have been opened after receipt. How withdrawal and returns work is explained in our return policy.
9. Product quality
Our products meet what you may expect under the contract. If something is wrong, we will resolve it together with you. Your statutory rights always continue to apply. Follow the feeding guidelines on the packaging, always provide fresh water and give chew snacks under supervision.
10. Complaints
Do you have a complaint? Email us as soon as possible at hello@bruunpets.com, with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will respond within 14 days.
11. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law
These terms and every contract with us are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
